Huawei/Honor has been improving a portion of its best smartphones to over-perform on . It was on 4th September 2018 equipment audit and benchmarking publication AnandTech uncovered that Huawei has been discovered duping in the execution tests to overperform in them.

“As part of our phone comparison analysis, we often employ additional power and performance testing on our benchmarks. While testing out the new phones, the Honor Play had some odd results. Huawei admitted to this conduct in an announcement given to Android Authority, saying that its smartphones are intended to alter their execution in view of the application that is running.
